Terms of Use

By downloading or using RallyScore (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. RallyScore is operated by ONSHIFT LTD ("we," "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (No. 94195521) at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

1. The service

RallyScore lets you score tennis, padel and pickleball matches, track players, view statistics, and (with Pro) export and analyse your match history.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use RallyScore. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

3. RallyScore Pro subscription

RallyScore offers an optional Pro subscription with these terms:

• Pricing: Pro Monthly £2.99/month, or Pro Yearly £24.99/year (prices may be displayed in your local currency).
• Free trial: Pro Yearly includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial in your Apple ID Settings.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price until you cancel. Apple charges your payment method 24 hours before each renewal.
• Cancellation: You can cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RallyScore Pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Family Sharing: Not currently supported.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App to break any law.
• Use the App in a way that disrupts the service for others.
• Impersonate someone else's account or identity.

5. Content you create

Match data, player notes, and any other content you create in the App belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content so we can provide the service. We don't claim ownership over your content and we don't share it with third parties beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You can stop using RallyScore at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account we'll explain why and give you a chance to export your data first, unless safety or legal reasons require immediate action.

7. Disclaimers

RallyScore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of statistics, or compatibility with every device. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, except where prohibited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms we'll notify you in the app and via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the App after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
